Look at what we did today...

Week of November 17,  2104

Monday: Free play Monday. The Willows liked the new kitchen toys that were purchased two weeks ago. New Food, Metal Willow sized pots and pans with lids, cups of milk and orange juice and Willow sized cooking utensils

Tuesday: Looking at and reading books about things that go.
Possibilities plan: The magic fish bowl.
The Willows took turns pulling a card with illustrated pictures of their favorite songs. Tiny Tim, Scotland's burning (fire song), Birthday song, and many other Willow favorites.
Outdoor Adventures:

Wednesday: New room set-up. Yes I changed the room around again. The Willows really enjoy playing in the kitchen area with the new kitchen toys. They look at books while sitting on balls. They hold my hand and pull me around when they can't find something they want because it's not where it was. "Ball".

Possibilities plan: Tempura paint on card board. Red, Yellow and Blue.

Mixing colors to make other colors. Green, Purple, Orange and Brown.

Thursday: Musical instruments this morning and an African Rhythms CD.

Possibilities plan: Rice in the sensory table:

Sandy:

Friday: Cones and rings. stacking the cones on top of each other. Trying to spin or push the rings across the floor.
Possibilities plan: Play dough. (first time)
