Monday: Room set-up. Always changing the room around to meet the needs and interests of the growing Willows.
Possibilities plan: Magnets and lids. The Willows enjoyed using the magnet wands to pick up the metal juice lids. The Willows also watched as their teachers spun the lids on the table. They seem to enjoy the sound the lids made as the spun and finally lay flat on the table.
Tuesday: Storyboard So many fish in the deep blue sea ( Color song), Tiny Tim, Two little Blackbirds, and the wheels on the bus.
Possibilities plan: Ice in the sensory table. The Willows were very curious about the ice. I asked simple questions like: Is it cold or hot? Is it big or small? Is it heavy or light? Is it smooth or rough? Zakarrah poured salt over the ice and we listened to the crackling sound.
Outdoor adventures: Push toys, bike riding, sweeping the wood chips and more ice play.

Wednesday: Opened the door to the Apple room Party in both rooms
Possibilities Plan: Directional game. Taking movements across the floor. Running, jumping, dancing, crawling and jumping in the pillows.
Thursday: Musical instruments
Possibilities Plan: Two in one color. Red and Yellow make Orange.
Reading circle Eating the Rainbow. Pointing to all the different colored foods and pretending to eat them.
Friday: Jurassic sand in the sensory table.
