The Willows went on an animal hunt through the Jurassic Sand!! How many animals do you think they found??
The Willows were very curious on how the sand was escaping from the cup... We talked about the holes in the bottom, and said "bye bye" to the sand as it disappears.

This was the beginning of the Willows' animal puppets! They each got a paper plate, brush and one color. These became the faces of their animals.

Completing our puppets.. Zakarrah cut out the pieces, the Willows placed them in their corresponding places.. We talked about all the different features of our face and also those of the animals they created.

As we wrap up the theme of Animals, the Willows took their small and large animals and made animal footprints! Using brown, orange, red, and yellow paint, the Willows turned this blank canvas into a masterpiece!
